GRAVITY Training offers unparalleled program variety.  By using your own body weight as resistance, you will condition your entire body in a time efficient session.  Each participant works at his/her chosen level of resistance while enjoying the challenge and camaraderie of a group setting. TRX Suspension Training

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  This training tool leverages your body weight to complete a huge variety of exercises.  You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Group Circuits

These classes are our most diverse and intense strength, balance, and agility workouts.  They will incorporate the GRAVITY machines as well as our TRX Suspension Training, kettle bells, BOSU balls, fit balls, workout swords and a whole lot more, into one awesome workout. You will experience total body functional conditioning at its finest.  

Pilates

GRAVITY PILATES workouts take traditional reformer exercises and incorporates them into a one of kind conditioning program using our GRAVITY machines to deliver a challenging, core and flexibility based experience. 

Free Weights

Free weights-- like dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells -- aren't just tools for pumping up your ego or building giant muscles. They're also the keys to developing strong, stable joints; improving bone density; speeding weight loss; and building the strength and endurance it takes to keep your body healthy and strong.
